THE VERY BEST CHEESE CAKE 
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) sour cream
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1 c. graham cracker crumbs (mixed with butter for the crust)
1/4 c. butter

Soften cream cheese in microwave. Mix all ingredients until creamy, pour into 10 inch spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until done or toothpick comes out clean. Top with your favorite fruit topping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
