WORLD'S BEST CHEESECAKE 
1 inner packet graham crackers
6 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Make crust by crushing crackers in food processor, add sugar and melted butter. Press in 10 inch springform pan. Place in freezer.

FILLING:

4 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 extra lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Using mixer or food processor, blend cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla until very creamy. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cheesecake. Return to a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Chill overnight.
