GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

16 graham crackers
3/4 cube butter
2 tbsp. sugar

FILLING:

1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 whole eggs
Grated rind of 1 lemon

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream

Blend with:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until very smooth in electric mixer. Pour over crust. Bake 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes (or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool.

Then pour topping gently over filling and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool several hours in refrigerator before serving. Can be frozen.
