DAVID & MICAH'S BEST CHEESECAKE 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 lb. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together crust ingredients and press into 10" springform pan.

FILLING:

2 lbs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Amaretto liqueur
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
Pinch salt
4 lg. eggs

TOPPING:

2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract

Mix cream cheese and sugar at lowest speed possible. Add liqueur, vanilla extract, almond extract and salt. Add eggs, 1 at a time, at slow speed only beating until mixed. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Remove from oven for 10 minutes while you prepare topping. After spreading topping, return to 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Remove, cover and refrigerate immediately. Will take several hours to set up in refrigerator.
