BEST EVER CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

5 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. orange rind, grated
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. milk

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; blend in the melted butter. Press firmly over bottom of a lightly greased 9-inch springform pan. Chill.

Let cream cheese soften in large bowl. Blend in sugar, flour and orange rind; beat until light and fluffy with mixer. Add eggs and egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in milk. Pour into crumb crust.

Bake in hot oven (475 degrees) 10 minutes. Lower heat to 200 degrees and bake 1 hour longer. Leave in oven until oven is cool, about 1 hour. Remove and cool on wire rack. Remove pan gently.
