BEST EVER CHEESECAKE 
5 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. enriched flour
3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs (1 c.)
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. heavy cream

Stir cream cheese to soften, beat until fluffy. Combine next 5 ingredients, gradually blend into cheese. Add eggs and yolks, one at a time; beat well after each. Gently stir in cream. Turn into crust lined pan. Bake at 500 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes, reduce heat to 200, bake 1 hour or until firm. Remove from oven. Cool in pan 3 hours. Remove sides of pan.
