1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapples, drained 3 med. bananas, sliced 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 pt. sour cream Combine Jello with water. Fold in all at once, strawberries (with juice), pineapples, bananas and nuts. Pour 1/2 of mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours until firm (do not refrigerate other 1/2 of mixture). Spread pint of sour cream over firm Jello mix, then gently spoon the rest of the Jello mix on top of the sour cream. Chill. |
