LEFSE (Norwegian) 
5 lb. potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 c. cream
2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour

Cook potatoes without salt and drain. Mash together with butter, cream and salt. Mix 3 cups potato mixture with 1 cup flour. Roll out very thin about 10-15 centimeters in diameter. Bake on dry griddle.
