GROUND CHUCK MEATLOAF | |
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1/2 c. tomato catsup Sm. amt. seasoned salt 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1 c. corn flakes 2 eggs 3 tbsp. relish 1 tsp. onion powder Place meat in bowl. Crush corn flakes in bag until crushed fine. Add parsley, corn flakes and onion powder. Next add relish and well beaten eggs and catsup. Mix and shape. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
