CHICKEN CREOLE 
3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts
Cajun seasoning
2 cans stewed Cajun tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 onion
1 stick butter

Cut chicken into pieces. Season with Cajun seasoning. Saute onion and chicken in butter. Add tomatoes and sauce; simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
