MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean hamburger meat
1 can ranch style beans
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. cheese (soft or Cheddar)
1 pkg. soft tortillas (12)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies

Spread uncooked hamburger in bottom of large 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Place 6 tortillas over meat. Place chopped onion on top. Spread a can of ranch style beans and cover with cheese. Add 6 more tortillas to form second crust. Mix soup and Rotel tomatoes together. Pour over top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
