“CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH” IS IN:

CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 1/2 cups cranberries
1/2 of a large orange
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Wash cranberries, drain well and dry off excess moisture on a paper towel. Peel orange and remove the bitter white inner skin (pith). In a blender or food processor, coarsely chop cranberries, orange portions and outer peel (zest). Combine with sugar. Taste and adjust sweetness (honey, agave syrup or additional sugar may be added to suit your taste).

This makes about 2 cups of relish.
