“JELLIED CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH” IS IN:

JELLIED CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH 
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 large orange
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/4 cup cold water

Cut orange into quarters, leaving rind on. Coarsely chop in food processor (rind and all).

Add cranberry sauce. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and set aside for 5 minutes. Heat in microwave for 1 minute or just until steaming hot. Pour over all ingredients in food processor and blend for 20 seconds.

Turn into 6 small serving molds or glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve. May be served over a bed of lettuce or as a side relish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
