CRAB MEAT CANAPES 
9 slices white bread
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, flaked
1 c. each mayonnaise, grated Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. each grated onion, and curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Stuffed olives

Remove crust from bread; cut each slice into 4 strips, triangles, or squares. Toast one side. Mix remaining ingredients, except olives. Spread mixture on untoasted side. Broil until delicately browned and bubbly. Top each canape with 1/2 olive.
