TURKEY POT PIE 
2 c. diced cooked turkey
2 med. potatoes, peeled, diced & cooked
1/2 c. each cooked carrots, peas & corn
1/2 c. each cooked celery, green beans
1/4 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. milk
1 (9 inch) 2 crust pastry

Combine turkey, potatoes and vegetables in a large bowl, set aside. In saucepan melt butter, add flour and all seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Combine with turkey and vegetable. Pour mixture into pastry lined bowl. Cover with top crust, flute edges, put slits in top. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 4.
