1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chocolate chips

Cream together first 4 ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Stir together and pat into a buttered 13 x 9 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
