GRAHAM MUFFINS 
1 egg, slightly beaten
Scant 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cream tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 c. graham flour

Mix all dry ingredients. Add milk and egg which have been stirred together well. Mix with fork until just moistened. Lastly stir in butter.

Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
