TORTILLA SOUP 
2 cans chicken broth
4 c. tomato juice
1 c. chopped green chilies
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
Chicken breasts (3/4 breast per person)
Tortilla chips
Avocado, diced
Cheddar cheese, grated
Picante sauce

Simmer all ingredients but chicken. Put in chicken that has been cut into medium size pieces. Bring to a boil and boil for 20 to 30 minutes until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken and dice. Serve soup with tortilla chips, avocado, chicken, cheese, and picante sauce.
