NO-FAIL PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. raw peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Put syrup, sugar and peanuts in bowl and cook for 4 minutes. Stir with wooden spoon and return to microwave and cook for 4 more minutes. Add butter and vanilla, stir and cook 1 more minute. Stir in baking soda and immediately pour onto buttered pizza pan. Ready to eat in about 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
