8 or 9 inch glass pie plate 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 3 eggs Cream cheese; add sugar and blend. Add eggs and beat well. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool 1/2 hour. Topping: Mix by hand 8 ounce sour cream, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over pie. Bake 15 minutes in 325 degree oven. |
