EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 chicken, cooked & deboned
2 boiled eggs
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1-2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 - 1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste

Place chopped chicken, eggs and vegetables in bottom of 13"x9" baking dish. Mix chicken broth and soups. Pour over chicken mixture. Mix flour, milk and mayonnaise (or melted butter) and spoon over soup mixture. Do not stir. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until golden brown.
