CHILLED CHICKEN SALAD PIE | |
3 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken, drained and flaked 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1 c. diced celery 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 3/4 c. sliced almonds 9 inch baked pie shell Shredded carrots Combine chicken, pineapple, cheese, celery, and almonds with 3/4 cup mayonnaise and spoon into pie shell. Press down evenly. Combine whipped cream and 2 tablespoon mayonnaise. Garnish with shredded carrot. Chill. Cut pie into 8 servings. Can be made without pie shell. |
