CHILLED CHICKEN SPAGHETTI SALAD 
1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti, broken in 1/2
1 3/4 c. chunked chicken breasts
2 c. fresh broccoli florets
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 c. chopped red onion
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. sweet basil leaves
1/2 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning (optional)
Black olives, sliced (1/2 c. or so)

Cook spaghetti and drain, add chicken breast chunks, broccoli, and mushrooms, tomatoes, and onion. Blend together Italian dressing, lemon juice, seasoning salt, basil and Beau Monde. Combine dressing with spaghetti mixture. Cover and chill. Toss well before serving. 6-8 servings.
