CHILLED CHICKEN SALAD WITH FRUIT
AND RICE
 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut in chunks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. white rice, cooked
3/4 c. green grapes
3/4 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 c. mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. Ranch salad dressing
Romaine leaves

Gently toss all ingredients except lettuce together. Chill. Serve on bed of Romaine leaves. Serves 6.
