LUSCIOUS STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. strawberry Jello (6 oz.)
1 1/2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple or 1 c. juice
1/2 c. chopped pecan nut meats
1 c. dairy sour cream

Add boiling water to gelatin and stir. Add frozen berries and mix gently. Chill until slightly congealed. Add pineapple and nutmeats and mix. Put half in mold and chill. Fold sour cream in remaining gelatin mixture and pour carefully into mold and chill. May use raspberries in place of strawberries.
