LOW CAL LUNCH 
12 oz. carton cottage cheese
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
1 box (3 oz.) sugar free Jello, lemon or orange flavored

Combine Jello and hot water in blender. Add cold water and mix. Add cottage cheese and blend 1 minute. Pour into 4 serving dishes and chill until set. Serve with fruit for breakfast or lunch.
