LITTLE DUMPLINGS WITH CABBAGE 
2 eggs
3 c. grated raw potatoes
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. cabbage
1 stick butter

Grate potatoes, draining off juice. Beat eggs, add to potatoes along with flour and baking powder. Drop by spoonfuls into large pot of boiling water. Stir often. Cook 30 minutes.

Cook chopped cabbage in the butter. Add the drained dumplings. Serve hot with meat. Can add 2 cups of chopped ham to dumplings before cooking them.
