RUSSIAN TEACAKES 
2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla well. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Add nuts. Chill dough. Mold into ball the size of walnuts. Bake 350 F. 12 minutes or more until a light brown. While still warm roll in powdered sugar. Cool on wire racks. Yields 60 servings.
