CORN SALAD 
3/4 head shredded cabbage
2 cucumbers, diced with skins
1 green pepper, diced
2 cans drained Mexicorn
2/3 bottle Italian salad dressing
2 diced tomatoes

Mix together and chill first 5 ingredients overnight. Add 2 diced tomatoes before serving. A very light, crispy, refreshing luncheon salad dish.
