SPINACH-TUNA CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
2 cans tuna
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. soda cracker crumbs
1/3-1/2 c. grated Parmesan or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together. Season with salt and pepper. Put in casserole and sprinkle with additional cheese. Cover and bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This recipe can be cut in half easily.
