TUNA ALA CASSEROLE 
8 oz. wide egg noodles, or spirals for fun
2 cans tuna in spring water
1 1/2 c. yogurt, plain or low-fat
1 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. black sliced olives
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. croutons
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter

Boil and drain noodles. Mix all ingredients but the last 3. Put in 2 quart casserole dish. Melt butter, mix in croutons and cheese. Pour crouton mixture over casserole. Bake uncovered 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
