CHRIS' CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in 2 quart saucepan on medium heat. Stir constantly. Continue to stir for 2 minutes after mixture starts boiling. Take off heat and add 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Mix well. Keeps in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave for 10-15 seconds before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
