JOHANNAH'S CHOCOLATE SAUCE 
4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 stick butter

Melt chocolate in double boiler, add next three ingredients. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup heavy cream. Stir 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla, cool for 10 minutes. Cool before putting in refrigerator.
