SWISS BEANS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. sour cream
4 c. drained, cooked green beans
1/2 lb. processed Swiss cheese
1/2 c. cereal crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Melt butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onions. Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. Fold in beans; heat thoroughly. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Grate cheese and sprinkle over. Combine cereal crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
