5 med. sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
8 marshmallows
1 c. thin cream or canned milk
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place cooked potatoes in buttered baking dish, mix salt, sugar and flour. Place over potatoes. Dot with butter. Add marshmallows and nuts. Pour cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
