SWEET POTATO BAKE 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes (you can use fresh or canned sweet potatoes, be sure to drain if you use canned sweet potatoes)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk

Pour this mixture in an 8"x8" baking pan. Mix and pour over sweet potato mixture: 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1 egg 1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is set and golden brown.
