RAISIN SAUCE 
2 cans (5 1/2 oz. size) apple juice
1-2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. raisins
Ground cloves, to taste
Cinnamon, to taste

Mix all ingredients in large saucepan. Cook until raisins are plump.

Thicken with cornstarch: Put 1-2 heaping teaspoons of cornstarch in a small bowl. Add cold water, enough to make mixture a thick liquid. Make sure sauce is boiling, add cornstarch, stirring constantly. Repeat as necessary. Serve with ham.
