3/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. hamburger
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk

Brown hamburger and onions. Pour in greased pie plate. Add cheese on top. Pour Bisquick mixture (Bisquick, eggs and milk) on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
