BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. chicken or turkey, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. diced celery
1 onion or less
3 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. butter
1 well beaten egg
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. baking powder
Crushed potato chips

Saute celery, onion and bread crumbs in butter. Place in a bowl. Add egg, milk, salt, pepper and baking powder. Toss lightly. Place chicken or turkey diced in a casserole. Cover with bread mixture. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over the top. Sprinkle crushed potato chips over soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
