SPECIAL SALAD DRESSING 
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 tsp. Italian seasoning
3 c. oil
6 oz. cider vinegar
2 tsp. season salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
Juice of 1 lg. lemon

This recipe fills a Rubbermaid 1 quart dispenser with a lid made for pouring. Peel skin off garlic cloves and drop into bottle. Leave cloves in the jar for at least two or three recipes of dressing before throwing them away and replacing them. It seasons the container. Add oil and both vinegars; shake well. Add all seasonings and shake well again. Squeeze in lemon juice and shake one last time. Dressing should be very tangy, if not, add more lemon juice. Refrigerate overnight. Ingredients will separate. Shake well before serving.

Makes 1 quart.
