SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
4 oz. water chestnuts
3 chopped green onions
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise

Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. (Use paper towels to obtain maximum drainage.) Stir all ingredients except spinach. Add spinach and stir mixing thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Stir before serving after refrigeration.

Goes great on Wheatables or other snack crackers of your choice.
