CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 c. peeled & grated zucchini
1/2 c. soft butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, miniature

Cream together the butter, sugar, oil, eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Then stir in the remaining ingredients except the zucchini and chocolate chips. Gently fold in the zucchini. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over cake and bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Do not preheat oven.
