SHOO FLY PIE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Crisco

Mix for crumbs. 1 c. water (I use coffee) 1 tsp. baking soda 1 beaten egg (optional)

Divide syrup between to 9-inch pie shells. Top with crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
