1/2 stick butter, melted
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 pkgs. French vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
16 oz. Cool Whip
1 lb. Oreo cookies

Mix butter, cream cheese and confectioners' sugar with mixer. Mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. Mix Oreos in blender. Grease 9"x13" baking dish with butter; line bottom with crushed Oreo cookies. Pour ingredients over Oreos. Top with remaining Oreo cookie crumbs. Refrigerate.
