1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
6 tbsp. soft butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Mix together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Set aside. Combine milk and pudding; beat well. Beat in cream cheese mixture. Fold in Cool Whip. Put 1/3 of the crushed cookie mixture in bottom of large clean flower pot or clean sand pail. Spread half of the cream cheese/Cool Whip mixture over cookies. Add another layer of cookie crumbs (about 1/3); add remaining cream cheese mixture and top with remaining cookie crumbs. Refrigerate several hours.

NOTE: When ready to serve, place a clump of silk flowers in the center to look like a pot of flowers. Can also add candy gummi worms. Serve with sand shovel. Great for picnics and birthday parties.
