EASY APRICOT GLAZED CHICKEN 
2 whole fryers, cut up or equivalent in pieces
1 c. french salad dressing
1 c. apricot jam
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Place cut up chicken in pan (spray first with Pam for easy clean up). Mix dressing, jam and soup mix. Brush mixture over all pieces. Bake at 325 degrees for an hour. Baste several times and add mixture if necessary. Turn oven to 400 degrees and bake 15 minutes to brown.
