SALMON LOAF 
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. minced celery
1 c. skim milk
2 c. flaked canned salmon
1 tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Dash pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in highly oiled 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
