RUSSIAN CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (2 1/2 c.) with juices
1/2 c. nuts

Mix by hand all ingredients. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
