BAKED SCRAMBLED EGGS 
30 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cornstarch
3 1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. plus 1 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 to 1 lb. cooked, cubed ham (opt.)

Mix all ingredients except the ham and beat until well blended. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan or larger. Bake at 350 degrees until set. As it bakes, stir occasionally so that it will set and bake evenly. If desired, garnish with the ham. This recipe serves about 20 people.
