LEMON BASIL CHICKEN 
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. white wine
1 tbsp. dried basil
Garlic powder to taste
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
4 chicken breasts or 1 quartered fryer

Marinate chicken 30 to 45 minutes. Grill or broil.
